Return Policy
*By placing an order with IL BELLO WEDDINGS, you agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

Any request for return must be inquired within 7 days of receiving the order.

We only accept return if there are obvious quality problems which exclude size, color, aesthetics and wrong shipping times.

We do not accept the request for return under reasons such as:

The customer is unable to look like our models shown on our website.

The color looking different due to color aberration like the color effect of different PC monitors, environmental lighting as well as weather conditions.

The quality and beauty of the dress not being able to meet the customer’s “unrealistic” expectation.

The package was delivered too late and missed the big date. If a customer decides to order, plan the payment and reply to our confirmation email well ahead of the event date. We don't take any responsibility on the delay of your confirmation email received by us.

Fitting Return:
For tailored size order, we cannot offer any return because we tailor the size strictly according to the confirmation email the customer confirmed. Please find a professional tailor to re-measure and help create a better fitting. If the customer is willing to pay for the shipping fee, and there is still plenty of time, we will revise it.

For standard size order, if there are any sizing problems, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it flat on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Place it neatly back into the original packaging. If there is any damage, dirty spots and so on, we shall not offer refund.

Returning:
To complete the return please mail us the package along with the receipt or proof of purchase to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live and the type of product, the time it takes for your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

Refunds:

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send out an email to notify our customer that we have received the returned item along with the approval or rejection of the refund.


If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take some time before the refund is officially recognized and posted.
